I am a trauma informed wellness life coach, blogger, and author. I am here to offer my experience with chronic illness and trauma to help give hope and guidance.

Regulating your nervous system

and focusing on vagus nerve health is a beautiful place to start! Add caring for body through diet and nutrition and cleaning up surrounding environment and what we expose ourselves to everyday and you will have the beginnings of your personal healing toolkit. I am here to offer real life experience and my struggles with healing and navigating life with chronic illness, PTSD, and anxiety. Healing journeys are so unique to each person, but we must start somewhere.

So, Welcome to my trauma informed somatic experiencing approach to life. Where you will learn about your body and the “whys” it works the way it does. Learn about the depths and the ins and outs of your nervous system. Learn how to listen to your body and its needs. Join me on a journey back to your trueness. to start thriving and no longer just surviving.

My life experiences with chronic illness, grief, and trauma have led to this place of wanting to share my story to help others. To give others hope and know it is possible to begin healing. It is possible to not just survive but thrive in a life that has been weighed down by struggle, pain, trauma, and DIS-ease. I offer my truth, my experience, and my continuing journey of taking my life and body back so I could truly begin to heal my body, mind, and spirit and live from a place of ease and more balanced health. A healthy body is one thing, but a healthy resilient nervous system is another. A journey of regulation, releasing, and of stepping into a life that doesn’t seem “hard” “hopeless” “chaotic” “too much” and “unsafe.” A journey of hope and healing. I invite you to take my hand and allow me to guide you. We will do this by learning, unlearning, and/or relearning!
